Promecs Consulting Engineers is the trading name of Webber-Air Engineering, a private company which was registered in 1999 (Reg.No. 13464/99) under the Zimbabwe Companies Act (Chapter 24.03)  Promecs Consulting Engineers provide the full range of Engineering Consulting Services in the Construction industry.

Over the past fifteen years Promecs Consulting Engineers has emerged as one of the most respected engineering consulting firms in Zimbabwe.  In the arena of commercial and institutional Construction, we have proven our ability to take on large, complex Projects and complete them on time, on budget, and at the highest levels of quality.

Promecs Consulting Engineers’ approach is based on “hands-on” project management. Our strength is the ability to schedule concurrent short and long-term construction activities, and then effectively manage both for timely project completion.
